Operations procedure

We start our interaction with the customer from a framework assessment of the project cost. You can make your own calculation using the calculator. If you’ve come across any troubles using the calculator, please contact us at sales@optimajet.com.

Stage 1. Coordination of the volume of works and the project cost

At this stage: the refinement of the project requirements occurs; the master terms of reference and the revised estimate of the project budget makes up. Usually this process takes no more than 2 weeks. After saving the initial parameter calculation the project estimate can vary within a 20% margin.

By the end of this stage, the contract with a fixed price and master terms of reference will be ready.

Stage 2. Implementation of requirements

During this process some questions may arise that require a prompt solution. Therefore the customer before starting work should form a working group on his/her own end that will be responsible for the project and will assist in addressing emerging issues and problems.

Upon completion of this stage you will obtain a system that is ready for pilot operation.

Stage 3. Pilot operation

Within the framework of pilot operation:

  1. Application publishing
  2. Provision of access to users
  3. Training
  4. Adaptation of application to real operational conditions
  5. Bugfix

Usually pilot operation is carried out for 5 to 10 business days. During this time-period the system operation is tested under "combat conditions".

Upon completion of this stage the parties will sign a delivery/ acceptance certificate. The customer obtains all materials designed within the framework of the project.


During 3 months after delivery of the project technical support services are provided within the framework of the basic contract without any additional charge.

The annual cost of further support depends on the required service level, but shall be not less than 10% of the amount of works under the basic contract.

Additional works

Implementation of the requirements that go beyond the basic contract shall be paid separately.
