This cookie policy covers the cookies and similar technologies of optimajet.com. It is the cookie notice referred to in section 6 of the privacy notice. Personal data more broadly is governed by the privacy notice of Optimajet Limited.

The short version

optimajet.com loads Google Tag Manager (container GTM-PJ5K5TR) on every page. That container runs Google Analytics 4 for visit measurement, in our property for optimajet.com and in the property of workflowengine.io, Microsoft Clarity for session replay and heatmaps, advertising tags from LinkedIn and Reddit, and Leadfeeder, which tells us which companies visit. A cookie banner asks on your first visit whether they may run. In the European Economic Area none of them sets a cookie or sends a request until you accept, and the banner opens in the middle of the page. In the United Kingdom and Switzerland Google Analytics runs from the first page, while Microsoft Clarity, the advertising tags and Leadfeeder wait until you accept. Everywhere else they run from the first page until you reject them, with three exceptions: in California Microsoft Clarity waits until you accept, in Vietnam the advertising tags and Leadfeeder wait, and a browser that sends Global Privacy Control has the advertising tags and Leadfeeder off. The "Cookie settings" button at the bottom of every page on optimajet.com changes the answer. Calendly can set cookies on the meeting booking page. You can browse everything and read every page with all of it blocked; the only thing you lose is the booking calendar.

Cookies this site sets

The site itself has no sign-in, no shopping basket, and no personalisation. We set one cookie for visitors, we_consent. It records whether you allowed analytics and advertising, and when you answered the cookie banner. It belongs to optimajet.com and expires after a year, when the banner asks again. Safari deletes a cookie written by the page itself after seven days, so there the banner can ask again sooner. The answer you give on optimajet.com does not carry over to workflowengine.io, which asks for its own.

The contact forms send your message together with the start of your visit: the campaign tags in the address of the first page you opened (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content and utm_term), the path of that page, and the domain of the website that linked to it. They tell us which campaign or page brought the request. The site keeps these details only in the memory of the open page and stores nothing, so a reload loses them. When you click a link from optimajet.com to workflowengine.io or one of its subdomains, and your visit began with campaign tags or on another website, the link carries the same campaign tags, that domain and the address of that first page, so that a request, a booking or a trial key there shows how your visit began.

The other cookies come from the tags in the Google Tag Manager container. In the European Economic Area they arrive on the page where you accept them. In the United Kingdom and Switzerland the Google Analytics cookies arrive on the first page you open, and the Microsoft Clarity, advertising and Leadfeeder cookies on the page where you accept them. Everywhere else they arrive on the first page you open, before you click anything, except those that wait for your answer under the exceptions above. The table below names the cookies each tag sets on optimajet.com, with the lifetimes its company publishes.

Our web fonts are served from our own servers. They are built into the site when it is compiled, so loading a page sends no request to Google Fonts and sets nothing.

One exception applies to staff rather than visitors. A member of our team can open any page with ?internal=1 once, which stores the flag we_internal in that browser's local storage, so that their own visits are left out of every tag in the container. It plays no part in an ordinary visit.

The servers and content network that deliver the site may set a strictly necessary cookie to route requests or block abuse. A cookie of that kind carries no marketing data and cannot be used to build a profile of you.

Third-party services that can set cookies

Everything below runs on our pages but belongs to another company. Each sets its own cookies under its own policy, and none of them gives us access to those cookies. The first five are loaded by the Google Tag Manager container rather than written into the site, and they wait for the cookie banner. Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity form its analytics category, and LinkedIn, Reddit and Leadfeeder its advertising category, together with the advertising features of Google Analytics in the property of workflowengine.io. Calendly is outside the banner, because the booking calendar cannot work without it.

ServiceWhat it doesCookies on optimajet.comWhen it can set cookiesIf you block it
Google Analytics 4 (G-MNS3X8H57G and G-GDWZKPRQ04)Counts visits, pages and clicks, in our property for optimajet.com (G-MNS3X8H57G) and in the property of workflowengine.io (G-GDWZKPRQ04), so that a visit that moves on to workflowengine.io is counted there as one visit. When you click a link to workflowengine.io or one of its subdomains, it adds the parameter _gl to the address, which carries the identifier of the _ga cookie and the times of the visit to that site; it reads the same parameter on a link that brings you here. Once advertising is allowed as well, the property of workflowengine.io also sends the visit to Google's advertising services (Google signals); our property for optimajet.com does not._ga, _ga_MNS3X8H57G and _ga_GDWZKPRQ04, up to two years eachOn page load, through Google Tag Manager, once analytics is allowed. Until then it does not load.Your visit is not counted. Nothing on the page changes.
Microsoft Clarity (sumi7bv7p7)Records how the page is used, including mouse movement, scrolling and clicks, and replays it as a session recording with heatmaps. It receives the identifier of the Google Analytics cookie, so that a recording can be matched to the same visit in Google Analytics._clck, one year, and _clsk, one day; in session storage, the key _cltk; on clarity.ms, its own cookies such as CLID, MUID and SM; on bing.com, through c.bing.com, its own cookies such as MUID, MR and SRM_BOn page load, through Google Tag Manager, once analytics is allowed. In the United Kingdom, Switzerland and California only once you accept analytics, although Google Analytics runs earlier there. Until then it does not load.Your session is not recorded. Nothing on the page changes.
LinkedIn Insight TagMeasures LinkedIn campaigns, including the requests sent through our contact forms and the meetings booked in our calendar, and can add you to a LinkedIn advertising audience.li_sugr, 90 days, and li_fat_id, 30 days, when you arrive from a LinkedIn advertisement; in local storage, the key li_adsId; on linkedin.com, its own cookies such as bcookie, lidc, UserMatchHistory and AnalyticsSyncHistoryOn page load, through Google Tag Manager, once advertising is allowed. Until then it does not load.No LinkedIn measurement or audience. Nothing on the page changes.
Reddit Ads pixelMeasures Reddit campaigns, including the requests sent through our contact forms and the meetings booked in our calendar, and can add you to a Reddit advertising audience._rdt_uuid, 90 days; in session storage, the key _rdt_cfgOn page load, through Google Tag Manager, once advertising is allowed. Until then it does not load.No Reddit measurement or audience. Nothing on the page changes.
LeadfeederLooks up the company that owns the network address a visit comes from and shows us which companies read which pages. We do not use it to identify you as a person._lfa, one year; in local storage, the keys _lfa and _lfa_expiryOn page load, through Google Tag Manager, once advertising is allowed. Until then it does not load.Your company is not looked up. Nothing on the page changes.
Calendly (scheduling)The calendar on the meeting booking page. When you book a meeting, the page tells Google Analytics, once analytics is allowed, and LinkedIn and Reddit, once advertising is allowed, that a meeting was booked; it never passes on who booked it or the time of the meeting. Its own cookies on calendly.com, which run the booking flow and keep your place in it, such as __cf_bm, set by Cloudflare to tell people from botsAs soon as the page loads, because the calendar has to load with it.The calendar will not appear. You can still reach us by email at hello@optimajet.com to arrange the same call.

Their own policies explain what each one stores and for how long:

What we do and do not do

We do run advertising tags. LinkedIn and Reddit can each recognise a visit and use it to measure a campaign or to build an advertising audience, which is what makes it possible to show you an advertisement elsewhere later. Google Analytics, in the property of workflowengine.io, also shares visits with Google's advertising services once advertising is allowed. Leadfeeder tells us the name of the company behind a visit; we do not use it to learn who you are. We also run session replay through Microsoft Clarity, which records mouse movement, scrolling and clicks on the page and lets us watch that back.

We do not sell cookie data, and we do not ask any of these services to identify you by name. What we get back from them is campaign measurement, page behaviour and company names, not a customer record.

A cookie banner asks before these tags run, with two categories, analytics and advertising. In the European Economic Area, including the EU territories outside Europe, both start switched off, and the banner opens in the middle of the page until you answer; everywhere else it sits at the bottom. Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, LinkedIn, Reddit and Leadfeeder then do not load at all. The same applies when we cannot tell where you are. In the United Kingdom and Switzerland Google Analytics runs from the first page, while Microsoft Clarity and advertising wait for your answer. The Analytics box under "Choose" starts unticked there, because ticking it is what starts Microsoft Clarity, and "Reject all" turns Google Analytics off as well. In California Microsoft Clarity waits for your answer, and in Vietnam advertising does. Everywhere else both start switched on, so the tags run on the first page you open, and "Reject all" turns them off. We work out your region from your connection, so a VPN can change which rule applies. The site works fully with both categories off.

None of the tags runs for our own team or on any address other than optimajet.com and www.optimajet.com, so a preview of the site sends nothing.

The tags described here are those of the container version published on 21 October 2026. Because the container is configured outside the website code, this list is accurate as of that date; if you are checking us against a questionnaire and the date is old, ask us to re-measure.

How to control cookies

The cookie banner is the first control. "Reject all" and "Accept all" answer for both categories, "Choose" sets each category on its own, and the "Cookie settings" button at the bottom of every page on optimajet.com opens the banner again. Allowing a category starts its tags on the page where you allow it; refusing one stops them from the next page you open. Cookies a tag set earlier stay until they expire or you delete them in your browser.

Your browser is the second control, where you can block cookies for a single site or for all of them, and delete anything already stored. Tracking protection built into Firefox, Safari and Edge can block or limit the advertising tags above, and a content blocker can stop them. Blocking them on this site costs you only the booking calendar; measurement, session replay, advertising tags and company lookup simply stop seeing you.

Browser-level tracking protection, private browsing, and blocking extensions all work normally here. Nothing on this site tries to detect or defeat them.

Do Not Track signals

Browsers can send a Do Not Track signal, but no agreed standard says how a website must answer it, so we do not act on it, and neither do the third-party tags described above. Global Privacy Control is different. It is a recognised signal to opt out of the sale and sharing of personal data. When your browser sends it, the advertising tags and Leadfeeder stay off from the first page, wherever you are, unless you switch advertising on in the cookie banner yourself. Analytics does not change. If you want all the tracking to stop, "Reject all" in the cookie banner or blocking in your browser does it.

Changes to this policy

When what the site loads changes, this page changes with it, and the date at the top moves. It is worth re-reading if you are checking us against a procurement or security questionnaire.

How to contact us

Questions about cookies, or about anything else on this page, go to hello@optimajet.com. Requests about your personal data are covered by our privacy notice https://optimajet.com/company/privacy-policy/, which explains what we hold and how to ask for a copy or a deletion.
